It is the 1st of July! we are HALF way through the year already and I definitely have not achieved half the things I wanted to!
In fact I think if possible I have regressed in many areas of my life!
Therefore a rethink is definitely in order.
Fresh month, fresh week, fresh goals...
I'm going to start with a HEALTHY July! Detox prior to Secret Garden Party seems essential...
And I'll have to have a proper think about the rest this week! Or perhaps next week, when tennis stops taking over my life!
